All Subscription payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except where expressly required by law or outlined in this policy.

If a verified technical error on our end results in:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Incorrect billing amounts

You may contact our support team for review. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may:

  • Result in account suspension
